It delivers the CQI and IRCA Certified Foundation, Practitioner and Professional Quality Management course and Certificates. It is the only CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner to support quality management specialists achieve the prestigious Professional Certificate in Quality Management. It is very proud of its 100% achievement rate and 90% first time exam pass rate.

A CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner (ATP) delivering quality management training courses – rove gained CQI approved centre status in 2013. When the current quality management courses were introduced in 2016, It was the first centre to gain approval for the full suite of Foundation, Practitioner and Professional Quality Management training courses.

Since 2016, rove has supported over 600 learners, from over 385 companies successfully complete more than 2,500 quality management courses. Jacky has worked within education and training for almost 20 years. Following a Psychology Degree, she started her career in a Vocational Training department in the NHS (continuing her studies with a post-grad diploma in IT). Following, she spent several years working with a private training organisation, before joining rove.
