Working with the CQI and IRCA

rove has supported 100s of quality professionals develop and progress in their careers through quality management training. Delivering the certified CQI and IRCA Foundation and Practitioner Quality Management courses, it also is the only Approved Training Partner (ATP) to support quality management specialists achieve the Professional Quality Management courses. This includes the prestigious Professional Certificate in Quality Management. It is very proud of its 100% pass rate.

rove gained CQI approved centre status in 2013 to offer their accredited qualifications. This included the Level 3 Certificate in Quality Management and the Level 5 Diploma in Quality Management. In 2016, the CQI and IRCA introduced a new suite of CQI and IRCA certified courses and withdrew registration for the qualifications. The new courses were launched in 2016 and rove gained Approved Training Partner (ATP) status. It was the first centre to gain approval for the full suite of Foundation, Practitioner and Professional Quality Management training courses.

Since 2016, rove has supported over 500 learners, from over 345 companies successfully complete more than 1,000 quality management courses. This, combined with its flexible delivery model has enabled learners in the UK and worldwide, develop their understanding and application of quality management principles, concepts, tools and techniques.

Following a Psychology Degree, she started her career in a Vocational Training department in the NHS (continuing her studies with a post-grad diploma in IT).
