Here’s the arrangements rove is making to ensure your learning continues safely, and with as little disruption as possible, during the Covid pandemic.

APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING

Our apprenticeship provision is being delivered remotely, including one to one and group teaching and learning sessions. All live training sessions will take place as scheduled and will be delivered using Microsoft Teams. Apprentices have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with the Tutor and their peers.

All learners and managers have access to our online e-portfolio system which provides access to a range of learning and study support materials. Learners will be provided with continuous feedback, assessment, information, advice and guidance from our Tutors.

We maintain regular communication with our awarding and end-point assessment organisations with regards to planned formal assessments and we will continue to apply flexibilities to ensure learners are able to progress. Learners will continue to be advised of individual plans for assessment.

Your employer is committed to supporting you during your programme, including the provision of off-the-job learning.

All learners are expected to attend their remote sessions as scheduled. Learners can gain support from their Tutor to access their sessions. If learners are unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness or other reason, we expect them to communicate this to their Tutor in a timely manner. We expect Learners to remain on their live sessions for the duration and to complete and submit all set work. Our usual expectations and standards of behaviour and participation apply to all our remote delivery sessions.

Please keep us updated with any changes to your apprenticeship or employment and make sure you follow your employer’s safety measures.

CQI TRAINING

We are continuing to deliver all Chartered Quality Institute certified courses via our online learning management system. This includes options for end of course assessment, where required.

Please keep us updated with any changes to your circumstances which may impact on your study and ensure you follow your employer’s safety measures.
