HOW WILL I LEARN?

All our courses are delivered by supported distance learning – which simply means you can study at home or work, at a time – and a pace – which suits you.

Once you’ve enrolled, your dedicated tutor will contact you with everything you need to get started. You’ll have 24/7 access to everything you need to complete your course – your learning, study support and assessment materials, through our web-based system. You will tutor will provide your induction where they’ll go through everything you need to know. They will also provide timely advice, support and feedback throughout your course.

Once you’ve successfully completed your course, you’ll receive a digital CQI and IRCA course certificate.  It really is that simple.

WHAT LEVEL SHOULD I STUDY?

There are three levels of CQI and IRCA Certified Quality Management training courses:

1. Foundation – For those who are new to quality, or who work in other professions
2. Practitioner – For those who are currently practicing quality and are in, or aspire to middle management.
3. Professional – For those who are currently practicing quality and are in, or aspire to leadership or senior management.
