Parinaz is a seasoned IRCA and CQI lead auditor for ISO9001:2015. With over 13 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management across diverse sectors, spanning from food and beverage to manufacturing, and having worked in various regions including Iran, Malaysia, and the UK.
Parinaz holds a master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and has delved into various research areas in business management and industry, giving her a broad knowledge base across different industries.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? “Be kind, but don’t be afraid to draw your boundaries.”
What was your first job? Aerobics coach at the dorm during my university days in the mid-2000s—think bootcut jeans, MP3 players, and lots of Destiny’s Child energy!
Who inspires you and why? My daughter – her curiosity, honesty, and resilience remind me daily of the power of learning and growing with an open heart.
If we made a team playlist, what song would you add? “Stronger” by Kanye West – because what doesn’t kill you… makes you stronger!
Book, podcast or film recommendation? The Midnight Library by Matt Haig – a beautiful reminder that it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
A little-known fact about me… I am multilingual – I speak Turkish, Azerbaijani, and Farsi, and I know a bit of Arabic too.
