We caught up with Ian to ask him why he decided to study the Professional Certificate in Quality Management, his experiences of studying with rove and what impact the courses have had on his role and career.

As a Project Construction Quality Manager at NHBC there is no typical day for Ian – and it is this diversity he enjoys. He may be involved in facilitating workshops on continuous quality improvement or conducting construction quality reviews at construction sites or factories.

Likewise, he interacts and connects with a diverse range of professionals who share Ian’s passion for excellence. From, Construction Directors, Site Managers, and Site Operatives – he enjoys interacting and learning from others who are as equally enthusiastic for maintaining high standards as he is.

“The diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to connect with other professionals who share a passion for excellence” is what Ian finds most rewarding in his role.
