This year’s World Quality Week is taking place from 10 – 14 November 2025, exploring the theme Quality: think differently.
If you want to find out more about the global campaign and how your organisation can get involved, read on…
WHAT IS WORLD QUALITY WEEK?
World Quality Week is The Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) annual celebration of quality and the people who champion it. Each year, #WorldQualityWeek provides a global platform to promote awareness, share insights and celebrate the work of quality professionals.
This year’s theme – Quality: think differently invites us to challenge traditional approaches, embrace fresh perspectives and reimagine how quality can drive innovation and deliver sustainable results. From aligning quality with strategy, to empowering people and enhancing performance, the 2025 theme encourages organisations to see quality as an enabler of innovation and long-term success. You can find out more about the campaign on the CQI’s website.
WHY WE GET INVOLVED WITH WORLD QUALITY WEEK
As a CQI and IRCA Approved Training Partner (ATP), #WorldQualityWeek gives us the opportunity to celebrate achievements, share best practice and highlight the important role quality professionals play in creating sustainable value.
1: Celebrate the quality management profession
For 15 years, rove has worked with the CQI to deliver quality management training to professionals across the globe. We have supported hundreds of quality management practitioners to advance in their careers and drive the success of the organisations they work within.
Every business aims to improve efficiency, reduce waste, manage risks and stay competitive – all while delivering an excellent customer experience. rove equips quality management teams with the knowledge and tools to achieve exactly that. World Quality Week gives us a chance to recognise their contribution and commitment to excellence.
2: Applaud the achievements of our learners
Completing certified CQI and IRCA training requires motivation, discipline and commitment. Whether studying at Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional level, our learners successfully balance demanding roles, personal commitments with ongoing study.
World Quality Week is the perfect time to celebrate their achievements and the difference they make through their learning and leadership.
3: Promote best practices
As an Approved Training Partner (ATP), promoting best practice is at the heart of everything we do. We design our training, processes and systems to set the standard for quality, ensuring organisations have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Aligned with the CQI’s mission to improve the quality of products, projects, and services, rove is proud to champion and encourage best practices – especially during World Quality Week.
4: Inspire fresh thinking
This year’s theme encourages us all to question how we approach quality. Are we aligning it with strategy? Engaging people at every level? Using data to drive better decisions?
By reflecting on these questions, we can find new ways to create value, improve resilience and strengthen performance.
TIPS TO CREATE A COMPELLING CAMPAIGN SUPPORTING WORLD QUALITY WEEK
If you’re planning to take part in World Quality Week, here are some tips to help your campaign stand out.
BRAINSTORM COLLECTIVELY
Once the CQI announces the annual theme, the rove team explore ideas that connect with our learners and partners. Collaborative thinking helps us think differently and ensures every campaign feels fresh and relevant.
KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE
Understanding your audience is crucial for any effective communications. We tailor our messages for our two key audiences:
- Public campaigns – designed to raise awareness, celebrate success and contribute to the global conversation.
 - Internal Communications: Equally important is how we share our plans with our customers. Our focus is to raise awareness of the campaign, encourage engagement and provide opportunities for them to get involved.

CONTENT IS KING
Combine data, insights and authentic stories to show how your organisation is thinking differently about quality. Include visuals, quotes and examples of innovation or improvement to bring the theme to life.
STAY ON BRAND
Consistency builds recognition. Use the CQI’s design templates, align your campaign visuals and use the official hashtag #WorldQualityWeek to stay connected with the wider community.
JOIN THE CONVERSATION
World Quality Week is all about sharing ideas and inspiring change. Engage on social media, amplify key messages and connect with others leading the conversation around quality, innovation and culture.
